About me

Photo of Luca smiling

I build modern data tools that make global development data more accessible, and I design and develop visualisations that clarify complex interrelated global issues.

My work spans development finance, sovereign debt, global health, and other areas of global development. Wherever there is messy, scattered data on an important global issue—I’m there.

I’m originally from Sardinia, I grew up in Zimbabwe, and I currently live in Paris. When I’m not coding, you’ll usually find me on a tennis court or enjoying fresh air on my bike.

Reach out if you’d like to collaborate on a project or chat about my work!
